MerchAutoFill (formerly MerchZap; "the extension", "we") is a browser extension for Amazon Merch on Demand sellers. Contact: info@nuevanova.com
What the extension handles
- Design images. When you upload a design on Amazon Merch on Demand, or press Generate, the extension sends a reduced copy of that design (max 1024 px, JPEG) to our server so an AI model can write your listing.
- Listing hints and settings. Any niche or keywords you type into the MerchAutoFill panel, your extra banned words, your preferred brand name and your selected languages.
- License key and a random browser ID, to check your subscription and enforce the browser limit.
The extension only runs on merch.amazon.com. It does not read other websites, your Amazon password, your sales data or payment details.
How it is used
Design images and hints are forwarded to our AI providers (Z.ai / Zhipu GLM and DeepSeek) only to generate your listing text, and the result is returned to your browser. These providers process the request under their own API terms and privacy policies. We do not store your design images or the generated listings on our server.
We store: a one-way hash of your license key; the purchase email Gumroad returns for your license (to show which account is active); browser IDs and when they were last used; daily usage counts; short-lived request counters used for rate limiting; and technical logs (time, AI provider, success, duration) kept for 14 days.
Your settings and license key are stored locally in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not use your designs or listings to train AI models. Data is shared only with the AI providers named above, to produce your listing, and license checks are made with Gumroad, where you bought your license.
Retention and deletion
Logs are deleted after 14 days, usage counts after 35 days, unused browser IDs after 60 days and inactive license records after 30 days. To delete the records tied to your license sooner, email info@nuevanova.com.
Your choices
Click "Deactivate this browser" in the extension popup and uninstall the extension to stop all processing.
